The Buffalo Trace BBQ Tournament
Queensland’s finest BBQ teams compete on a level-playing field with 24-hours to hand in the best ‘low and slow’ to judges, and compete for the 2015 championship.

Food Trucks & Market Stalls
Authentic BBQ feasts, products and advice help recreate barbeque magic at home with special. food trucks to help satisfy the BBQ cravings and options of take-home dry rubs and sauces.

Workshops & Demonstrations
Homemade BBQ heads to the next level. The Makers Club host a series of instructional workshops presenting trade secrets from some of the best pit-masters in Australia, ideas on home-setup and tasty demonstrations from premium smoker brands.

Pop-Up Bars
Drink with friends when local breweries match brews to BBQs while Buffalo Trace Whiskey and Sirromet Wines flow during the festival.
