In an exclusive seating within the private dining room of the QHA award winning restaurant, The Boatshed, guests will sit down to a spectacular 4 course degustation, paired with a selection of Brockenchack wines.
Themed around the Brockenchack “big reds”, guests can expect sensational pairings with Jacks Creek beef from Northern NSW, with a decadent menu designed and prepared by our Executive Chef, Simon Street.
