Icon of Australian cooking Philip Johnson will combine his modern Australian style with One Fish Two Fish’s head chef Daniel Miletic to plate up a coastal European experience blending flavours from the French Riviera to the Amalfi Coast.

Red Fish Blue Fish diners will be welcomed with a pink peach spritz before diving into a three-course shared feast including local spanner crab linguine, razor prawn ravioli, braised blue-eye trevalla, and a decadent banana tart with rum and raisin ice cream to finish.

Paired beverages are available for an additional $45, and will feature a mix of bottomless Australian and French wines.
