The 'Quilty' Exhibition by one of Australia's most acclaimed artist's Ben Quilty has hit the walls of GOMA, and we are excited!

Quilty's work is inspired by many interesting experiences he's had, such as when he was the official war artist in Afghanistan and his campaign to save the Bali Nine pair Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran. As well as this, it also includes intimate portraits of his family and Australian Landscapes. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy at the Exhibition.

Interestingly, Quilty also painted a portrait of Margaret Olley, whose exhibition is also currently being displayed at GOMA.

Brisbane is lucky to be home to this exhibition for 4 months, make sure you check it out!
