Celebrating the arrival of spring, Brisbane’s favourite Japanese Restaurant will be decked out in a beautiful floral installation of the stunning sakura (or cherry blossom).
Beneath the canopies of pink petals, Saké Restaurant & Bar will be hosting an exclusive one night only Champagne dinner on Tuesday September 11. he menu is a collaboration of Saké’s Head Chefs who each contributed a dish to the exquisite six-course menu. From a glass on NV Moet on arrival to the Sukara Tarte for dessert, the entire selection of dishes channels decadence. Each course is even served with a perfectly paired glass of champagne. Throughout the month, Sake will also showcase 5 gorgeous cocktails inspired by the fabled Japanese flowers. Think floral extracts, pink hues and stunning presentations (LOVE). We can’t wait to try the Japanese Cobbler an infusion of Shiso Umeshu, Ketel One Citroen, sakura syrup, yuzu juice and cherry blossom water and Signature Cherry, a decadent combination of vodka, Sakura Vermouth and cherry shrub. The other cocktails on the menu include In Bloom, Blushing Blossom and Red Kuchibiru. Absolutely Oishi!
